钢筋工程质量规范及查验办法应施行《混凝土构造工程施工质量验收规范》(GB 50204—2002)中有关钢筋局部规则。

原材料抽检:

对有抗震设防请求的框架构造,其纵向受力钢筋的一强度应满意设想请求。当设想无详细请求时,对一,二级抗震品级,查验所得的强度是实测值应契合以下规则:(1)钢筋的抗拉强度实测值与屈从强度实测值的比值不该小于1.25;(2)钢筋的屈从强度实测项值与强度规范值的比值不该大于1.3。
For frame structures with seismic fortification requests, the strength of longitudinal steel bars should satisfy the assumption request. When there is no detailed requirement, the strength of the first and second magnitude seismic grade should conform to the following rules: (1) the ratio of the measured tensile strength to the measured yield strength should not be less than 1.25; (2) the ratio of the measured yield strength to the strength specification should not be greater than 1.3.
化学身分专项查验:
Special Chemistry Identification Examination:
当发明钢筋脆断、焊接功能不良或力学功能明显不反省化学身分等专项目一般等景象时,应对该批钢筋实行化学身分查验或其查验陈述或其他专项查验。
When special items such as brittle fracture of reinforcing bars, poor welding function or obvious mechanical function do not reflect on chemical identity are invented, chemical identity checking or its statement or other special checking should be carried out for these reinforcing bars.
受力钢筋弯钩和弯折:
Bending hooks and bending of stressed steel bars:
(1)HPB235级钢筋结尾应作180度弯钩,其弯弧内直不该小于钢筋直径2.5倍,弯钩的弯后平直局部长度不该小于钢筋直径的3倍。
(1) The end of HPB235 grade steel bar should be 180 degree bending hook. The straight in the bending arc should not be less than 2.5 times the diameter of steel bar, and the local length of the straight after bending hook should not be less than 3 times the diameter of steel bar.
(2)当设想请求钢筋结尾需作135度弯钩时,

HRB335级,HRB400级钢筋的弯弧内间接不该小于

除焊接封锁环式箍筋外,箍筋的结尾应做弯钩,弯钩方式应契合设想请求;当设想无详细请求时,应契合下一列规则:(1)箍筋弯筋的弯弧内直径除应满意本表主控般项目第4项的规则外,尚应不小于受力钢筋直径;(2)箍项筋弯钩的弯折角度;对普通构造,不该小于90度;对有抗目震请求的构造,应为135度;(3)箍筋弯后平直局部长度;对普通构造,不宜小于箍筋直径的5倍,对有抗震等请求的构造,不该小于箍筋直径的10倍。

钢筋外表质量:
Exterior quality of reinforcing bars:
筋应平直、无损伤,外表不得有裂纹、油垢、颗粒状或片状老锈。
The tendons should be straight and undamaged. No cracks, grease scale, granular or flaky rust should be found on the surface.
钢筋调直:应契合设想要乞降线行有关规范的规则。
Reinforcement straightening: It should be in accordance with the rules of relevant norms for begging and landing lines.
