钢筋加工流水线采用直线法半自动化施工,从钢筋原材下料到废品寄存依照标准管理的规范化、程序化请求,每道施工工序由机具设备、施工人员来完成,分工担任,流水作业,每道工序制定施工与验收规范,确保“人、机、法”化。工厂化流水线施工克制了传统的工序穿插施工、互相干扰的难题,工序分工明白,完成了机械设备化、工人工序施工化、质量平安控制化,降低了人工施工偏向,进步了消费效率和质量程度。

1.数控自动切断
1. NC automatic cut-off
数控切断平台是由两台钢筋纵向传输机和一台钢筋切断机组成,只需采用桁吊将需求切断的钢筋吊上料平台上后,人工启动电脑终端的上料、运输、切断、卸料按钮,便可完成钢筋的下料,详细步骤如下:

After lifting the steel bar to the feeding platform by truss crane, the feeding, transportation, cutting and unloading buttons of the computer terminal can be started manually, and the cutting of the steel bar can be completed. (1)钢筋自动上料

将需求切断的钢筋吊上料平台上,启动上料按钮,自动将所需加工钢筋推放运输轨道上;
The steel bar which needs to be cut off is hoisted on the feeding platform, the feeding button is activated, and the steel bar which needs to be processed is automatically pushed onto the transportation track.
(2)钢筋自动传输

依据下料长度,人工固定传感器位置,启动运输按钮,电脑终端控制钢筋自动传输钢筋传感器位置。

(3)钢筋自动切断

钢筋碰触传感器后,由传感器将信号传输钢筋切断机自动切断,确保每根钢筋端头切割后长度分歧。

(4)自动卸料

钢筋切断完成后启动运输按钮,传感器自动抬起,将切断后钢筋运输卸料传感器,经过传感器信号启动卸料系统,将下料后钢筋卸下道工序施工位置。

2.钢筋端头车丝

钢筋下料完成后,应用横移平台将钢筋横移车丝机位置,人工采用应用车丝机停止钢筋端头车丝。依据所加工钢筋规格,调整车丝行程档块的位置,保证车丝长度到达请求值。剥肋长度与钢筋规格的关系见下表:
After the steel bar cutting is completed, the steel bar is transversely moved to the position of the wire lathe by using the transverse platform, and the wire lathe is manually used to stop the wire lathe at the end of the steel bar. According to the specifications of the steel bar processed, the position of the traveling gear block of the lathe wire is adjusted to ensure that the length of the lathe wire reaches the required value. The relationship between the length of rib stripping and the specification of steel bar is shown in the table below.
(1)钢筋端部平头切口断面应与钢筋轴线垂直;

(2)依照钢筋规格所需求的调试棒调整好滚丝头内孔小尺寸;

(3)按钢筋规格改换涨刀环,并按规则的丝头加工尺寸调整好剥肋加工尺寸;

(4)调整车丝档块及行程开关位置,保证车丝螺纹长度契合丝头加工尺寸的规则;
(4) Adjust the position of the screw block and the travel switch to ensure that the length of the screw thread conforms to the rules of the processing size of the screw head;
(5)丝头加工时应用水性光滑液,不得运用油性光滑液。当气温低于0℃时,应掺入15~20%亚硝酸钠。严禁用机油做切削液或不加切削液加工丝头。
(5) Waterborne smoothing fluid shall be used in the processing of filament heads, and oily smoothing fluid shall not be used. When the temperature is lower than 0 C, 15-20% sodium nitrite should be added. It is strictly forbidden to use engine oil as cutting fluid or to process wire heads without cutting fluid.
