钢筋焊接网是二十世纪初国外首创一种在工厂中焊接形成的网状钢筋制品。经过近百年的应用与发展,在国外已被建筑界广泛应用,被认为是一种新型、、省时、、强化混凝土结构的建筑用材。

它主要用于多层和高层建筑、混凝土公路、机场跑道、隧道、混凝土管、桥梁、水利、电力坝基、码头、仓库、围栏等领域。尤其在美国、德国、日本、新加坡等国早已普遍采用。钢筋焊接网除用来制作钢筋混凝上预制构件外,更多的是用于现浇混凝土结构,大量用于工业与民用建筑的墙板、楼板、屋面板等领域。

钢筋焊接网是采用普通低碳钢热轧圆盘条或低碳钢无扭控冷热轧盘条为原料,通过冷轧或冷拔减径而成的光面或带肋钢筋。经过矫直定尺切断后按一定的间距组焊成不同规格的钢筋网,如图1、图2所示(略)。一般钢网的纵向钢筋可采用单根或双根钢筋,而横向钢筋只能采用单根钢筋。

钢筋焊接网作为一种新型建筑材料;1995年冶金部以YB/T076--95批准发布钢筋混凝土用焊接钢筋网行业标准,1997年建设部以JGJ/T114?97批准发布钢筋焊接网混凝土结构技术规程,1998年建设部把钢筋焊接网列为“九五”计划推广应用的建筑材料及建筑业进一步推广应用的10项新技术之一。以上这些法规为钢筋焊接网的发展提供了广阔的空间,为提高焊接网的质量提供了有力保证。
