钢筋混凝土结构建筑抗震有哪些要求?

  建筑抗震鉴定要求是保障已有构筑物在地震作用下的,使其在遭受抗震鉴定和加固所取烈度的地震影响时,一般不致于严重破坏,经修理后仍可继续使用。其中,钢筋混凝土结构建筑抗震要求如下:

  1)受力构件、杆件无短缺,无明显变形,没有因切割、打洞等形成的损伤。

  2)受力构件、杆件的混凝土无酥裂、腐蚀、烧损、脱落,无露筋,无超过设计规范限值的裂缝。

  3)预制受力构件的支承长度符合非抗震设计要求。

  4)连接件无锈蚀。

  5)当设有填充墙或柱间支撑时,没有由此增大结构单元质心对刚心的偏心距和沿高度方向水平刚度的突变,没有因半高刚性墙而增大柱的线刚度或形成短柱。
  5) When there are infilled walls or inter-column braces, there is no sudden change of eccentricity and horizontal stiffness along the height direction of the center of mass of structural elements, and no increase of the linear stiffness of columns or formation of short columns due to semi-high rigid walls.
