Steel mesh welding has a lot of knowledge

　　1、在负载扁钢和横杆的每个交点处 板网格格，应通过焊接、铆接(方法:使多个零件相连接的方法)或压锁将其固定。

　　1. At each intersection point of load flat steel and cross bar, the plate grid shall be fixed by welding, riveting (method: connecting multiple parts) or pressing lock.

　　2、钢筋网的焊接优先采用压力电阻焊，也可采用电弧焊。

　　2. The pressure resistance welding or arc welding is preferred for the welding of reinforcement mesh.

　　3、钢筋网的压锁可采用压力机将横杆压入负载扁钢将其固定。

　　3. The press lock of reinforcing mesh can be fixed by pressing the cross bar into the load flat steel with a press.
               

　　4、钢筋网应根据用户的需要，加工成各种尺寸的形状。钢筋焊接网它的出现对提高建筑施工效率、结构质量及可靠性、改变传统的建筑施工方法都具有十分重要的意义，可用于钢筋混凝土结构的配筋和预应力混凝土结构的普通钢筋。

　　4. The reinforcement mesh should be processed into various sizes according to the needs of users. The appearance of welded steel mesh is of great significance in improving construction efficiency, structural quality, safety and reliability, and changing the traditional construction method. It can be used for reinforcement of reinforced concrete structure and ordinary reinforcement of prestressed concrete structure.

　　5、负载扁钢的间距和横杆的间距可由供需方根据设计要求确定。作工业平台，建议负载扁钢的间距不得大于40mm，横杆间距不得大于165mm。

　　5. The spacing of load flat steel and cross bar can be determined by the supplier according to the design requirements. As an industrial platform, it is recommended that the distance between load flat steel and cross bar shall not be greater than 40mm and 165mm respectively.
